Hiring For a Group of Company for their Chain of Dining and QSR Restaurants Divison at QATAR
1)?FEMALE CLUSTER MANAGERS (F & B): 10 Nos. Sal: QR Total Package 6,000 to 8,000 (Including accom, Food, Transport etc) Age below 38 years. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred).
5–8 years of F&B experience, including 3 + years in multi-outlet or cluster management (experience in fast-food brands like Jollibee, McDonald’s, KFC is preferred). Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills. Proven track record in achieving operational and financial KPIs. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and travel between outlets.
Key Responsibilities: 
Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. Achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets while managing costs and improving operational efficiency. Lead, train, and motivate outlet teams to deliver excellent customer service. Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle escalated complaints professionally. Support business growth initiatives, including new outlet openings and local marketing campaigns.
