• Perform routine and type tests on power/distribution transformers
• Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI)
• Document and report test results accurately
• Coordinate with production and design teams for quality issues

 

2. Mechanical Engineer – QA

• Conduct quality inspections on mechanical components
• Ensure adherence to engineering specifications and drawings
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain QA documentation and support audits

 

3. Assistant Engineer

• Assist senior engineers in day-to-day operations
• Support testing, inspection, and production activities
• Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation
• Follow safety and quality standards

 

4. QA Technician (Electrician)

• Perform electrical inspections and basic testing
• Identify wiring or component issues
• Support engineers during testing procedures
• Maintain inspection logs and records

 

5. QA Technician (Mechanical)

• Inspect mechanical parts and assemblies
• Use basic measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
• Report defects and ensure corrective actions are followed
• Assist in maintaining QA standards on the shop floor

 

6. Incoming Inspection

• Inspect raw materials and parts received from suppliers
