 URGENTLY REQUIRED – FOR A LEADING COMPANY IN SAUDI ARABIA


 Position: ACCOUNTANT

Salary: SAR 5,000 – 8,000
Location: Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Invoice Processing (Saudi experience preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of ZATCA regulations, VAT, and e-invoicing (FATOORAH) – Mandatory

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify supplier invoices in compliance with contracts, POs, and Saudi VAT/ZATCA rules

  • Accurately post invoices into ERP systems with proper coding and cost center allocation

  • Handle payment processing (cheques, transfers, SADAD, bank platforms) and reconciliations

  • Maintain accurate AP records and assist with monthly and year-end closing

  • Support audits, VAT/Zakat filings, and generate AP aging and payment reports


 Position: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Salary: SAR 4,000 – 6,000
Location: Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in document control or sales/operations documentation (Saudi experience preferred)

  • Familiarity with Saudi documentation and contract regulations is a plus

  • Proficient in Document Management Systems (DMS), ERP, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in document handling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, review, and file sales and operational documents with proper coding and version control

  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely document flow

  • Track contract milestones, approvals, and renewals for compliance

  • Support reporting, audits, and ensure all documents meet Saudi and company standards

  • Maintain structured filing systems and perform regular audits for accuracy
