Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.

• Ensure all scaffolding is erected in accordance with safety standards and regulations.

• Inspect scaffolding components before use to ensure safety and compliance.

• Interpret and follow design layouts, blueprints, and work orders.

• Use hand and power tools required for scaffold assembly.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Work at various heights and in diverse weather conditions.

• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum [Insert Years, e.g., 2+ years] of experience in scaffolding or a related field.

• Valid and up-to-date certifications:

  • CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme)

  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

  • First Aid Certification

• Physically fit and capable of lifting/carrying heavy loads.

• Comfortable working at heights and in challenging environments.

• Skilled in using scaffolding tools and materials.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) for reporting and communication.
