Job Description:

A leading construction company in Saudi Arabia is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager Engineer to lead and manage engineering projects, with a strong focus on Aramco standards and compliance. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering and extensive experience within the Saudi construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

  • Ensure strict compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and safety protocols .

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and clients for seamless project execution.

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Lead business development initiatives and contribute to strategic project acquisition.

  • Prepare regular progress reports and present project updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering , or Project Management .

  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing engineering projects in Saudi Arabia .

  • Proven experience with Aramco projects is mandatory .

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Fluent in English ; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
