Job Description:

A leading organization in Dammam (KSA) is urgently seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounting and the ability to lead and manage financial operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

• Prepare and manage VAT/GST filings and ensure local tax compliance.

• Utilize accounting software including Tally and other commonly used platforms.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

• Lead and manage accounting teams in day-to-day financial operations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Support audits and prepare audit-ready financial documents.

• Improve accounting processes and identify areas for cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry .

• Strong working knowledge of Tally and other accounting tools.

• In-depth understanding of VAT/GST filing and tax compliance in local regulations.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team .

• High level of analytical, communication, and organizational skills .

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
