Job Description:

A leading company in Saudi Arabia is urgently hiring for the position of Inventory Officer . The ideal candidate must be experienced in managing inventory operations and stock systems and be bilingual in Arabic and English .

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record daily stock in and out

• Verify goods received and ensure correct quantities and quality

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

• Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel and SAP ERP

• Coordinate with suppliers, store staff, and logistics team

• Ensure stock storage and handling as per safety and hygiene standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory or stock handling

• Must be proficient in MS Excel, POS systems, and SAP ERP

• Must speak and write fluent Arabic and English

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Age between 23 to 40 years
