Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Composites Production Manager at SFG Composites in Dubai. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of composite production, ensuring product quality, timely manufacturing, and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include managing production processes such as Compression Molding, Resin Transfer Molding, Wet Lay-up, Autoclave prepreg, and Vacuum molding.

Qualifications

• Experience in Composite Production Management, Manufacturing, and Operations
• Knowledge of Composite Manufacturing Processes such as Compression Molding, Resin Transfer Molding, and Autoclave prepreg
• Skills in Production Planning, Quality Control, and Inventory Management
• Experience in managing a team of production staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Certifications in Composite Manufacturing or Production Management are a plus.
