Minimum 10 - 12 years' experience in UAE preferably in Abu Dhabi, ADDC and AIDC regulation knowledge will be an added advantage. Graduate in civil engineering, working knowledge in Plan swift, CCS candy, 5D BIM, sound skills in civil cost estimation and quantity surveying.
 
Job Description: -  
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements 
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment  
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing  
  • Evaluate and compare proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness  
  • Provide guidance and support to junior estimators 
  • Review and negotiate contracts and change orders 
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to management
