LINE POWDER COATING ALUMINIUM OPERATOR

• Check the colour samples every five load in the light box to ensure that the colour is being processed as per standard &customer requirements.
• Take a panel sample / Jig in the coating load
• Remove the coated panel from load / Train and mentor for the employees
• Match the colour in the light box with required colour sample.
• Make daily production and compute consumption of powder
• Ensure quality of paint coverage of racks as they pass through the spray booth.
• Responsible to open the compressor before to start the line and (on) the main switch of powder coating
• Daily update on chemical inventory in my logbook record
• Make the report of analysis result to be done and submitted to the MANAGER.
• Responsible and purchase of chemical to be replenished then ask to purchasing dept. and
• Submitted all of the report will be done every end of the month.
• Daily check the PH of chrome and R.O water for vertical line.
