NON-MOTORIZED SECTION HEAD	7000	05	LeadandmanagemultipleteamsofNon-MotorizedGSEMaintenanceWelding,Denting,Upholstery and Painting Specialists and Supervisors, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental objectives. Developandimplementstrategicplans,policies,andprocedurestooptimizemaintenanceprocesses, enhance equipment reliability, and reduce downtime . Collaboratewithseniormanagementtoestablishbudgetarygoals,monitorexpenditures,andidentify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and maintenance data to evaluate the performance and efficiency of motorized GSE maintenance operations . Evaluate equipment, technology, and tooling requirements, and make recommendations for investments or upgrades to support maintenance operations . TeamTrainingandDevelopment(TeamManagement) Represent the maintenance department in cross-functional meetings, customer engagements, and industry forums, advocating for departmental interests and promoting collaboration and alignment. Enforce safety regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies

Note:

Must have 6 years of experience (3 years in a leadership role in the same Industry)
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical /electrical engineering .
Accommodation Allowance 25 % + Transportation 10 % will be provided by company.
Duty 8 hrs / 6 days per week.
2 years of contract.
