Heavy Duty Lathe Operator
Qualification : SSC / ITI in Turner/Machinist or Diploma in mechanical engineering.
Required Experience : Exp must in Heavy duty conventional lathe and & NC Lathe machin. Minimum 5 years experience for ITI/Diploma candidate. Minimum 8 years experience for 10th pass.
Able to run heavy duty Conventional (Swing over dia 720mm, Length 3000mm) and NC lathe machines.
Able to independently setup heavy component in 4 jaw chuck, steady rest and tailstock.
Able to read the engineering drawing ,understand dimensional & geometrical tolerances.
Able to read the engineering and interpret it into machining sequences
Must be able to use 300, 600 and 1m vernier calipers with proficiency.
Must be able to use upto 1m bore gage & OD micrometers with proficiency.
Must be proficient with various QC tools & instruments including slip gage, height gage and depth vernier.
Salary: Up to 2500 AED + Accommodation + Transportation
